China bans movies, homeless, critics

CHINESE censors have banned an award-winning film that depicts the seedy side of Beijing, amid a campaign to clean up the city's image ahead of the Olympics.
Announcing the ban on Lost in Beijing, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television hit out at the film's sexual content and its unapproved screenings in international film festivals.
