Here are the themes for the next week of the Season of Nonviolence. Pick one or two or more and write an article about how that theme relates to your life. Any style of writing is acceptable and there is no word limit. Tag your article "snv-challenge". Enjoy!

WEEK 5 (29-35)

In order to create a peaceful world, we must learn to practice nonviolence with one another in our day-to-day interactions.

Day 29 -- FORGIVENESS (Feb. 27)

Day 30 -- AMENDS (Feb. 28)

Day 31 -- PRAISING (March 1)

Day 32 -- PATIENCE (March 2)

Day 33 -- ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (March 3)

Day 34 -- LOVE (March 4)

Day 35 -- UNDERSTANDING (March 5)

Some of those are hard to practice, they good themes though, and I shall try to write on some of them.

I came into this late. Understanding.....empathy....to join with another. Can you abuse an enemy in whose skin you have placed your self?
