DUMMERSTON -- Last year, when Dummerston resident Beverly Kenna heard about The Pinwheels for Peace Project, she thought it would be a great tradition to start in her town.
With the war in Iraq raging, the U.S. presidential race stirring passions and an ugly racial incident at Brattleboro Union High School still fresh in her mind, Kenna thought it would be a good idea to devote a day in Dummerston to peace.
